Vicky Ho

Vicky Ho is a seasoned Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in full cycle engineering and technical recruitment across several industries. Currently employed at Kairos Power since June 2021, Vicky oversees technology development hiring efforts. Previous roles include managing recruitment for Western Digital's diverse technology teams and real estate talent acquisition at Remax Omega in San Gabriel Valley. Vicky also served as Talent Acquisition Manager at MINISO USA, significantly expanding the workforce from 35 to 210 employees within nine months, and gained expertise in Finance and Accounting recruitment at Proven Recruiting. Vicky holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with an Accounting Minor from UC San Diego.
