Kelsey Bauer

Kelsey Bauer currently serves as the National Sales Recruitment Supervisor at Total Quality Logistics, with a progression through various recruitment roles since January 2018. In addition to this position, Kelsey also works as an Athletic Instructor at Premier Athletics, focusing on cultivating self-confidence, effort, and enjoyment in youth athletes. Previous experience includes an Event and Sales Internship at Newport Aquarium, where assistance was provided in event setup and coordination. Kelsey gained sports marketing experience at Morehead State University, contributing to promotional efforts for various athletic events. As a student athlete, Kelsey dedicated significant time to cheerleading and was part of three national championship teams at UCA College Nationals. Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Morehead State University.
