Pete Krahe

Pete Krahe has over 30 years of experience in electrical engineering and management within the automation and drive systems sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Drive Engineering at Premier Automation LLC since October 2005, Pete oversees the design, manufacture, sales, and startup of AC and DC drive systems. Previously, Pete held positions at Premier Automation as Drive Systems Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer, where responsibilities included sales, design, project management, commissioning, and service of automation systems. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Electrical Engineer at Duferco Farrell Steel, managing electrical upgrade projects, and as Area Manager at United States Steel, focusing on electrical and mechanical maintenance management. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, obtained in 1992.
