Jodi Kruse

Jodi Kruse, CPTD, currently serves as the VP Director of Learning & Development at Premier Bank since September 2013, where responsibilities include strategic planning of developmental activities to align with organizational goals. Previously, Jodi held the position of AVP, Training Manager at First Federal Bank of the Midwest from September 2013 to June 2020, leading a team to provide quality training programs for employee development. Jodi's earlier experience includes roles as AVP of Training & Development at United Bank & Trust (now Old National Bank), Office Coordinator at Henry County Hospital, Adult Education Instructor at Four County Career Center, and Operations Assistant at ITT Industries. Jodi's educational background encompasses a Human Resource Management program from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, a Bachelor of Science in Technology Education from Bowling Green State University, and an Associate degree in Early Childhood Development from Northwest State Community College.
