Shannon M. Kuhl

Shannon Kuhl has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Attorney at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP until 2003. Shannon then served as an Assistant Director of Legal Affairs at Shire from 2003 to 2005. From 2006 to 2018, Shannon held multiple roles at First Financial Bank, including Chief Risk Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Bank Counsel. In 2019, they joined Frost Brown Todd as a Member in the corporate practice group. Currently, Shannon is serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Premier Bank, starting in 2021. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in various aspects of the legal field, including corporate matters, M&A activities, securities law, corporate governance, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and policy development.

Shannon Kuhl has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Prior to that, Shannon earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton.
