Previously, Lucas held the position of Director of Preconstruction at PacifiCap Construction, overseeing estimating and preconstruction for significant projects across Oregon, Arizona, and New Mexico. With experience spanning various roles including Director of Precon, Building, and Civil Divisions at SDB Contracting Services, Project Executive, and Senior Project Manager, Lucas has managed diverse types of projects, focusing on budget management, effective collaboration with teams, and ensuring successful project implementation.
