Kathy Russell

Kathy Russell is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Premier Care Industries since March 2024, Kathy previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Radienz Living from March 2020 to February 2023. At The Nature's Bounty Co., Kathy progressed from Vice President of Human Resources for Supply Chain to Chief People Officer from May 2013 to February 2020. Kathy also worked at Motorola Solutions as HR Director for the Supply Chain and Operations from August 1999 to May 2013, having started their career at Arrow Electronics from 1994 to 1999 in several HR capacities. Kathy holds a degree from Dowling College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
