Steve Garbutt

Steve Garbutt is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply chain management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain at Premier Composite Technologies in Dubai since October 2014, Steve has held significant roles at leading companies including Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Nakilat Damen Shipyard Qatar and Procurement Director at GEMS EDUCATION. Steve's earlier career includes positions as Purchasing and Contracts Manager at Abu Dhabi Mar Shipyards and Procurement and Contracts Manager at Platinum Yachts FZCO, among others. Steve holds a degree in Business Studies from Bournemouth University and has a strong foundation in both export sales and general management from their time at NES Arnold Ltd and Pro-Ed General Trading.
