Karoline Lapko

Karoline Lapko serves as the CEO and President of Premier Construction Software since January 2007, leading a global SaaS-based financial construction software company that caters to general contractors and real estate developers. With over 20 years of industry experience, including more than 10 years with Premier, Karoline has played a pivotal role in driving technological and digital innovation. Concurrently, Karoline holds the position of National Account Manager at Jonas Software since February 2006, focusing on maintaining strategic partnerships and introducing new industry-specific technology tools to a client base of over 1,500 customers. Karoline earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, graduating in 2004.
