Dean Smolokoff, MBA has a diverse work experience that includes roles in accounting, auditing, and customer service.

Dean recently worked as a Staff Accountant at Premier Consulting & Integration LLC starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Audit Intern at Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. from September 2021 to April 2022.

Dean also gained valuable experience as a Tax Intern at Cg Tax, Audit & Advisory from January to May 2021.

In addition to their financial roles, Dean has demonstrated their organizational and leadership skills as a Valet Attendant at Breakwater Beach Club from June to September 2021. Dean was responsible for organizing and retrieving over 500 vehicles and communicating availability to guests on a weekly basis.

Before pursuing a career in finance, Dean worked as a Beach Operations Leader at Breakwater Beach Club from May 2014 to September 2020. In this role, they managed inventory, trained employees, and coordinated schedules for over 600 personal beach chairs and umbrellas on a daily basis.

Dean Smolokoff, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Monmouth University, completing the program from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Monmouth University, where they attended from 2017 to 2021. Before entering university, Dean Smolokoff graduated from Shore Regional High School in 2017. Additionally, they hold two additional certifications: Costpoint Certification with Billing and Accounts Receivable Exam from Deltek, obtained in May 2023, and Costpoint Certification with Accounts Payable Exam from Deltek, obtained in April 2023.
