Lillian Caperila RDH, BSDH, M.ED, FADHA has extensive experience in dental education and professional development, currently serving as a Professional Educator at Premier Dental Products Company since June 2000. Prior to this role, Lillian was a full-time Dental Hygiene Educator at Harcum College from September 1993 to May 2000, where responsibilities included student advising and serving as a mentor for student clubs, alongside extensive didactic and clinical instruction. Lillian holds a Master of Education in Instructional Systems from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene Education from Thomas Jefferson University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Montgomery County Community College.
