Nicci Whitney

Nicci Whitney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the dental and optical industries. As the Regional Director of Operations at Premier Dentist Partners since March 2023, Nicci Whitney continues to demonstrate leadership expertise, following a similar role at Elite Dental Partners from January 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes positions such as Multi-Unit Manager and Office Manager at Elite Dental Partners, as well as District Manager/Market Manager at EYEQuity and Market Manager at West Point Optical. Nicci Whitney began the professional journey at Lenscrafters, where the role of General Manager was held from July 2011 to July 2016. Educational accomplishments include studies at the University of Michigan-Flint and Mott Community College, alongside a cosmetology license obtained from Transitions School of Cosmetology.
