Gena Sayej

Gena Sayej has a diverse range of work experience in the early childhood education field. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Premier Early Childhood Education Partners since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at KinderCare Education as the Senior Director of New Center Growth from September 2018 to March 2021. Before joining KinderCare Education, they held positions at Rainbow Child Care Center, serving as the Director of New Center Operations from 2016 to 2018 and as the Operations Director from 2010 to 2016. Gena also worked at Childtime Learning Centers as the Center Director from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked at Rainbow Child Care Center as the Center Director from 2005 to 2008 and as a Pre-K Teacher and Assistant Center Director from 2003 to 2005.

Gena Sayej holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Child Development from Madonna University.
