Todd Mills

Todd Mills has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of construction and facilities management. Todd began their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Turner Construction Company in 2006. Todd then worked at Kroger in various roles, including Project Manager and Corporate Construction Facility Engineering Manager, where they focused on cost reduction, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with standards.

In 2018, Todd joined EG Group as the Head of Construction, leading a team and overseeing convenience store site construction and remodels. Todd also collaborated with QSR companies to implement restaurant designs.

From 2020 to 2021, Todd served as the Director of Facilities at Family Express Corporation, where they managed facilities for multiple locations, led a diverse team, and implemented changes for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Todd's most recent role is as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE, where they handle retail projects and serves as a real estate leader. Todd has now taken up the role of Vice President of Real Estate at Premier Early Childhood Education Partners.

Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills, delivering successful results in cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.

Todd Mills received their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2022, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC in 2020, and Dale Carnegie Leadership Course from Dale Carnegie in 2017.
