Victoria Carver-Sparks

Victoria Carver-Sparks has an extensive career in the logistics and expediting industry, serving as CEO of Premier Expediters Inc. (PEI) since September 1999, where efforts focus on empowering entrepreneurs. Prior to this, Victoria was a member of the Supervisory Board at PEI, Inc. from September 1996 to May 2020 and owned an agency under PEI d.b.a. DSI Worldwide from April 1992 to September 1999, collaborating with Michele Wilson. Victoria’s professional journey began as a salesperson at Pilot Air Freight from April 1988 to April 1992. Victoria holds an Associate's degree in General Studies and Psychology from Clayton State University and graduated as an Honor Graduate from Jonesboro High School.
