Gurneet Kohli M.D.

Gurneet Kohli, MD, MBA has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Gurneet currently serves as the Medical Director at Agilon Health Senior Care ACO, where they are responsible for the medical cost and quality of care for Medicare beneficiaries. Prior to this, they worked as the Outpatient Medical Director at Connected Senior Care Advantage, a fully delegated risk entity aiming to provide high quality, low-cost care for seniors. Gurneet also served as the Chief Medical Officer at Premier Family Physicians, overseeing continuing education and implementing value-based care initiatives. Additionally, they held roles as the Chief Medical Officer at Southwest Provider Partners ACO, Director of Quality Improvement, and Site Medical Director at Premier Family Physicians. Gurneet Kohli, MD MBA, has an extensive education history. In 1999, they obtained their M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from Government Medical College, Surat. Gurneet then pursued further education and from 2006 to 2008, they were a graduate student at UT Health San Antonio, specializing in Biochemistry. In 2015, they enrolled in the University of Massachusetts Amherst where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Healthcare in 2017.

Dr. Kohli continued to enhance their expertise by obtaining additional certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they completed the Transitions of Care program offered by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP). In 2015, they participated in the Population Health Management Executive Development Program at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Most recently, in 2019, they obtained a certificate in Artificial Intelligence in Health Care from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
