Lauren Garcia

Lauren Garcia is an experienced healthcare administrator with a comprehensive background in managing clinical and administrative operations. Since January 2019, Lauren has served as the Site Administrator at Premier Family Physicians. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Director of Surgical Services at Austin Cancer Center from 2012 to 2018, where responsibilities included budget management, staff recruitment, and policy implementation to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Lauren's expertise extends to CPT coding, HIPAA compliance auditing, and introducing innovative programs such as a lymphedema screening initiative. Earlier, Lauren held various roles at Dr. Jane C.
