William Bolton

William Bolton has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as Head of R&D for Sweet & International at Premier Foods since August 2012, overseeing product development for ambient cakes, desserts, home baking, and dried beverages. Previously, William held the position of Head of R&D for Sweet Treats, managing R&D programs for brands such as Mr Kipling and Cadbury, and served as Senior R&D Manager responsible for key branded products including Oxo and Bisto. With a solid background as Technical Account Manager at Premier Foods and CB Technical Manager at Manor Bakeries, William has demonstrated expertise in handling customer-branded activities and product launches. William's career began as an NPD Technologist at Lyons Cakes, where notable contributions to product development were made.
