Russ Badamo started their work experience in 2010 as a Business Finance Manager at Highway Technologies. In 2011, they joined Videojet Technologies as a Sr. Financial Analyst. Later that year, they moved to Walgreens where they held the roles of Project Finance Lead and Finance Manager. In 2014, Russ joined IDEX Corporation as a Finance Manager and eventually took on the roles of Finance Director for various business units within the organization. In 2022, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Premier Forge Group LLC. Throughout their career, Russ has gained experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, strategic planning, and financial leadership.
Russ Badamo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Accountancy from DePaul University, obtained from 2014 to 2017. Previously, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance at Michigan State University - The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, completing it from 2001 to 2005.
