Kaitlyn Feltes

Kaitlyn Feltes is a skilled professional in the fields of human resources and technical theatre. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Labor Manager at Premier Global Production Company, Inc. since August 2023, Kaitlyn previously worked as a Head Carpenter in a freelance capacity from May 2023 to August 2023. Kaitlyn also has a strong background in technical theatre, having held roles such as Technical Director, Set Designer, Lighting Designer, and Assistant Director at Rich Heritage of Cedar Rapids Theatre from August 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included designing sets and lighting, managing technical rehearsals, and overseeing budgets. Kaitlyn's experience also encompasses work as a Prop Assistant at VStar Entertainment Group in early 2017. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Coe College in 2016.
