Paradee Lerswarit

Paradee Lerswarit is currently serving as the Partnership Manager for the KhonThai Foundation at the Premier Group of Companies Thailand since November 2023. Previously, Paradee held various roles at Teach For Thailand from November 2016 to November 2023, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where innovative recruitment strategies were developed, and end-to-end recruitment processes were led. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Paradee established relationships with key campus stakeholders to raise awareness about educational inequity. In the role of Teaching Fellow, performance improvement of over 150 students was achieved, along with organizing collaborative projects among teachers. Paradee's education includes a Master's degree in Learning Sciences and Education from Thammasat University (2018 - Present) and a Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Arts from Chulalongkorn University (2012 - 2016).
