Abrar Bawa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Abrar started their career in 2014 as a volunteer at Vision Foundation. In 2017, they interned at DHL Express and also worked as a Supply Chain Coordinator at ZAB ATELIER's, where they managed the buying and delivery process of goods to clients.

In 2018, Abrar joined Premier Group as a Junior Officer in Inventory Planning and Logistics. Their responsibilities included managing product inventory levels, coordinating with branches and principals for shipments, and resolving issues and queries related to stock, transfers, and transportation. Abrar then progressed to the role of Senior Executive in Inventory Planning & Logistics, where they worked cross-functionally with 6 hubs covering a national network of 52 locations to ensure timely inventory support and effective root cause analysis for out-of-stock situations.

In 2021, Abrar was promoted to Assistant Manager of Business Development at Premier Group. In this role, they looked after the account of Unilever across Pakistan, researched and identified new business opportunities, created strategic sales initiatives, and developed monthly and yearly reports for executive decision making.

Currently, Abrar holds the position of Zonal Sales Manager at Premier Group, starting in September 2022.

Abrar Bawa completed their secondary education at Pakistan International School Jeddah - PISJ AZIZIA from 2009 to 2013, with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. From 2013 to 2017, they attended Iqra University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In 2017, Abrar enrolled in the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing & Supply Chain Management in 2018.
