Ali Asghar Ahmed Ali - CHRP has a diverse work experience. Ali Asghar started their career at Premier Group in January 2018 as an HR Trainee and quickly progressed to become an HR Officer in March 2018. Ali Asghar later served as a Senior Officer in HR - Shared Services from July 2018 to June 2020. Subsequently, they held the position of HR Executive in Shared Services from July 2020 to June 2021. Currently, they are working as a Human Resource Business Associate at Premier Group since July 2021. Prior to joining Premier Group, they volunteered at Apna Dastarkhawn from April 2016 onwards.
Ali Asghar Ahmed Ali - CHRP has a diverse education history. Ali Asghar obtained their Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Karachi University in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA-Hons) with a focus on Public Administration from Karachi University between 2014 and 2016.
Before pursuing higher education, Ali completed their Intermediate education in Engineering from Govt College Formen in 2013. Ali Asghar'sacademic journey began with Matriculation in Science from Badri High School in 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Ali has also acquired additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Ali Asghar obtained their Certified Human Resource Professional certification from NUST Professional Development Centre- PDC in April 2022. Furthermore, they completed a certification in the "Art of Negotiation" from Funverks Global in March 2020.
