Imad Ghori

Imad Ghori has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Imad started their career as a Sales Executive at aftab life care impex in April 2012 and worked there until August 2012. Later in 2012, they joined Expo Pakistan 2012 as a GRO for a brief period of time. In 2013, Imad interned at UBL Insurers from July to September, followed by an internship at Novo Nordisk from October to November. In the same year, they joined Premier Agencies as a Training & Organizational Development Executive and worked there until November 2016. Imad then joined Habib University Foundation as an HR & Projects Officer from December 2016 to December 2017. Currently, they are working at Premier Group, where they started as a Senior Executive HR in December 2017 and later got promoted to Assistant Manager HR in July 2020. In their current role, Imad is responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding team, managing organizational change, and maintaining HR analytics.

Imad Ghori completed their MBA in Human Resources from Iqra University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Alongside their degree, they have obtained several additional certifications. In December 2014, Imad earned their certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from The First Institute Of Dynamic Learning. In January 2015, they also obtained a certification in Hypnosis from the same institution. Later in April 2015, Imad completed a certification in Job Analysis & JD Writing from Viftech Solution (pvt.) Ltd. In October 2016, they obtained the Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) certification from Highly Keen - The HR Institute. In May 2017, they completed the Train the Trainer certification from the Institute of Business Administration. Finally, in March 2018, Imad achieved the Certified Human Resource Analytics certification from HR Plus.
