Rachael Fricke

VP, Marketing & Patient Engagement at Premier Health

Rachael Fricke brings over 15 years of customer service experience to Premier Health’s family of urgent care affiliates. Prior to joining the company, Rachael worked in the hospitality sector with both Marriott and Hilton corporations, two of the largest hotel chains in the world. Rachael leads a fast-growing team of 100 Customer Service Representatives, cultivating a culture of customer service excellence at each of the company’s urgent care clinics. The training programs Rachael has implemented are geared toward teaching skills that will assist Premier Health clinics with new patient acquisition and loyalty. Rachael has also worked for the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, which owns five hospitals and medical facilities located across the state of Louisiana. Rachael is a member of the Urgent Care Association of America. Rachael is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
