Richard Stracke

Richard Stracke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in collections, insurance billing, and tax assistance. Currently serving as a Collections Specialist at Premier Healthcare Management since March 2017, Richard previously held the position of Medicare & Insurance Specialist at Extended Care LLC, managing Medicare A, B, and insurance billing for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities. Richard also acted as the IRS VITA Site Manager at the Center for Economic Progress, overseeing tax return preparation at the largest Volunteer Income Tax Assistance site in the U.S. Prior legal experience includes work as an Attorney at James P. Greene & Associates and the Illinois Tax Training Institute, handling various probate, tax, and litigation matters. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics from Wittenberg University.
