Scott Hillier

Scott Hillier serves as the Vice President of Youth Growth & Operations at the Premier Lacrosse League since May 2023, following a successful tenure as the Director of Operations at RCI: Sports Management Solutions, where significant economic impacts and partnerships were achieved. Previous roles include General Manager for multiple organizations, such as Baseball Australia, where Hillier led the Australian Baseball League and introduced Baseball5 to enhance youth engagement. With a professional baseball background, including playing for the Canberra Cavalry and Technika Brno, Scott Hillier combines practical experience with academic credentials, holding an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Sport Development from Griffith University.
