Emma Brunning is a seasoned professional in coach development and athlete mentoring, holding various positions since 2010 across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a mentor for the Commonwealth Sport Federation's Women's Leadership Programme and facilitating the First Games Programme at ParalympicsGB, Emma has a robust background as a coach developer and mentor with World Triathlon, British Triathlon, and Active Blu, which Emma founded. Emma's expertise extends to leading the Future Coach Developer Programme for the Premier League and providing athlete and coach support through various educational initiatives, including at Commonwealth Games Scotland and UK Anti-Doping. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Development Training, a Postgraduate Degree in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from Lancaster University, and a Master's degree from the University of Cumbria.
