Farishta Karwani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Farishta started their career in 2009 as a Front of House/Receptionist at Cinnamon Kitchen & Anise, where they excelled in customer service and managing bookings. In 2010, they joined Vodafone as an NHSmail Helpdesk Analyst, providing technical support and resolving issues for end users. Farishta was later promoted to NHSmail Helpdesk Team Leader, where they conducted appraisals and managed workload for optimal performance. In 2016, they moved to Modis Media as a Service Desk Manager, handling a busy ITIL Service Desk and ensuring incidents were resolved within SLAs. In 2017, they joined Strategic SEO as a Service Desk Manager and Incident Manager, overseeing a team of 25 professionals and redesigning workflows. Their most recent role, starting in 2018, is at The Premier League, where they currently serve as the Head of Service Desk, leading the Service Desk team.
Farishta Karwani attended Brunel University London from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Financial Computing. Apart from their degree, they have also obtained certifications such as the ITIL Intermediate (OSA) Operational Support & Analysis in 2016 and the ITIL v3 Foundation from Exin Logistics.
