Mathieu Moreuil

Mathieu Moreuil is a seasoned professional in international football relations and public policy, currently serving as the Director of International Football Relations and EU Affairs at The Premier League since January 2010. In addition to this role, Mathieu has been a Board Member at European Leagues since March 2017. Previous experience includes positions as Associate Manager and Senior Associate at APCO Worldwide from June 2007 to December 2009, and as a Legal Expert and Project Manager at the European Commission from March 2003 to June 2007. Mathieu holds a Master in European Business from ESCP Business School (2017-2018), a Master 2 in Droit européen from Université libre de Bruxelles (1999-2001), and a Master in Service Public from Sciences Po Strasbourg (1995-1999).
