Richard Masters

Richard Masters is an accomplished sports executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the football industry. Serving as Chair of the World Leagues Association since January 2023, Richard has also held multiple significant positions at The Premier League, including Chief Executive, Interim Chief Executive, Managing Director, and Director of Sales and Marketing since January 2006. Prior to this, Richard was a Board Member at FOOTBALL DATACO LIMITED from March 2002 to March 2019 and served as Commercial Director at the EFL (English Football League) from 2001 to 2006 as well as at the Ladies European Tour from October 2000 to October 2001. Richard's career began at the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) from 1994 to 2000 as Marketing Manager. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Geography from UCL and received education at Solihull School.
