Stuart Winton

Stuart Winton is an experienced event consultant and referee with extensive involvement in various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Freelance Event Consultant at SRW Consultancy Services since May 2017, Winton also holds positions as a Presiding Officer and Poll Clerk with the City of Wolverhampton and works as a Stadium Accreditation Assessor for the Football Foundation. In addition to consulting for the Premier League, Winton has a long history with the International Paralympic Committee as a referee and the International Blind Sports Association as the UK Referees Co-Ordinator, officiating at multiple international tournaments, including the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games and several European Championships. Winton has been affiliated with The Football Association and the Staffordshire Football Association as a referee since 1988. Most recently, Winton managed VISA clients during the FIFA World Cup 2022.
