Tom Hutchings-Hay

Tom Hutchings-Hay is an experienced professional in football management and development, currently serving as Games Programme Manager and previously as Games Programme Executive at The Premier League since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at The Football Association from February 2014 to June 2022, including England Women’s U17, U16, and U18 Team Manager, as well as Football Participation and Development Coordinator. Early career experience also includes warehouse operative roles at Apc Couriers, McCormick & Company, and Delphi. Tom graduated from the University of Warwick with a 2:1 degree in Sociology in 2013.
