Greg Steinbrueck is an experienced professional in the dining and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Regional Director of Dining and Hospitality at Arrow Senior Living Management since May 2024. As a Premier Martial Arts Franchise Owner since November 2019, Greg has also demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Previously, Greg held the position of Assistant Clubhouse Manager at St. Louis Country Club from 2007 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing front of house staff and overseeing dining operations. Earlier roles include Manager/Trainer at Busch's Grove Restaurant and Server Trainer/Bartender at Bellerive Country Club, along with experience as a Housmeister/Manager at the US Armed Forces Resort. Greg's extensive background highlights a strong foundation in staff management, customer service, and operational efficiency.
