Michelle Griffith

Michelle Griffith is an accomplished endocrinologist with extensive experience in academia and clinical practice. Currently serving as an endocrinologist at Premier Medical Associates, P.C. since May 2022, Griffith also holds multiple roles at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, including Associate Professor of Medicine and Medical Director of Telehealth Ambulatory Services. Previous positions include Clinical Lead of the Endocrine Telehealth Unit at UPMC and Medical Director at the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology. Griffith completed residency training in Internal Medicine and a Clinical Fellowship in Endocrinology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after earning an MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and a BS in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University.
