Ian's career also includes leadership positions in distribution compliance at Columbia Threadneedle Investments and regulatory roles at KPMG UK, along with significant experience at Barclays and NatWest in technical services and marketing. Ian holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from the University of Birmingham and is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
