Dave Shumard

Dave Shumard serves as the EVP of Production and Regional Manager at Premier Mortgage Resources since June 2020. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Area Manager at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc. from May 2017 to June 2020 and served as Regional Manager at American Financial Network Inc. from November 2011 to May 2017. Additional experience includes serving as District Manager at Prospect Mortgage, LLC and GMAC Mortgage, and as Senior Loan Officer at both Pacific Republic Mortgage and National Pacific Mortgage. Dave began a career in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer at Progression Financial. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Finance from San Jose State University and an Associate degree in General/Finance from West Valley College.
