Els Vrijsen has extensive experience in product development and research & development in the food industry. With a background in Chemical and Agricultural engineering, Els has held various leadership roles in companies such as Premier Nutrition and Nestle Nutrition North America. Els has successfully led teams, managed plant trials, and set up new test kitchens and R&D offices. Additionally, Els has experience in process engineering and quality assurance, playing key roles in commissioning new production lines and establishing QA/QC programs.
