Liz Kaplan

Liz Kaplan is an accomplished marketing and sustainability professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of ESG & Communications at Premier Nutrition since November 2019, Kaplan develops and manages ESG strategies for a $1.6 billion organization. Previous roles include Senior Manager of ESG & Communications and Brand/Sustainability Manager at Del Monte Foods, Director of Marketing at Lotus Foods, and Director of Marketing at Nutiva, where Kaplan contributed to significant sales growth and sustainability initiatives. Kaplan also worked as an Independent Consultant and held various marketing positions at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, Peet's Coffee & Tea, and The Hershey Company. Kaplan holds a BA in Political Science from Kenyon College and an MBA in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business.
