Nishtha Lukhmana, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the food science and technology sector with extensive experience in product development and research. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist in Product Development at Premier Nutrition since July 2020, Nishtha leads the development and commercialization of innovative ready-to-drink protein shakes and optimizes ingredient solutions.
