Alex Clapson

Alex Clapson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and consultancy. As the Director of Talkworks Training & Development Ltd. since 2013, Alex has focused on enhancing performance through a range of services including interactive training, leadership development, and change management. Alex also operates as an Executive Coach, providing global coaching solutions and leveraging a background as the former Head of Coaching and Mentoring for the Welsh Government. With additional roles as an Associate Consultant with Lane4 and Premier Partnership, and as a mentor with the Cranfield Trust and Business Wales, Alex demonstrates a commitment to supporting personal and organizational growth across various sectors. Alex holds multiple degrees including an MSc in Economics and a Master of Social Work, underpinned by a rich history in social work that began in 1991.
