Hallie Brewer

Hallie Brewer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hallie currently holds the position of Vice President of Integrations at Premier Plastic Surgery Partners. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Integrations at Radiology Partners, where they led a team in establishing radiology services across the country. Before that, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Learning & Development at the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), overseeing strategic planning and managing multiple divisions. Hallie also has experience as the Director of Operations and Strategic Alliances at the College of American Pathologists (CAP), where they built strategic partnerships and implemented alliance management capabilities. Additionally, they served as the Interim Executive Director of the CAP Foundation and as an Assistant Administrator at Surgical Care Affiliates. Hallie's early career includes roles in protection and safety, day shift supervision, and as an operations officer in the US Army, where they received recognition for exceptional leadership and management.

Hallie Brewer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages [German, Spanish, French] from Ripon College in 2005. Hallie attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2016, where they obtained an Executive Education Certificate in Finance for Executives. In the same year, they also earned an Executive Education Certificate in Creating and Managing Strategic Alliances from Northwestern University. In 2005-2006, they completed the Ordnance Officer Basic Course at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, specializing in Ordnance. Hallie obtained various certifications, including a Certification of Achievement in Alliance Management (CA-AM) from the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals in 2017, an AORN Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator Certificate from the Association of periOperative Nursing in 2012, and a FEMA 700 certification from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in 2012. Hallie also completed the John E. Reid Interview and Interrogation Course, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training, FEMA 100, Domestic Violence Training, Sexual Assault Training, Combat Lifesaver Certification, and Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection (Level I / II) training, among others.
