Jacob Zervakis

Jacob Zervakis has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Jacob is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Premier Pools & Spas since January 2022.

Prior to this role, Jacob worked at Leebcor Services, LLC for over a decade. During their time at Leebcor Services, they held various roles such as Executive from July 2019 to March 2023, Senior Project Manager from January 2019 to September 2019, Project Manager from May 2014 to January 2019, Estimator from December 2013 to January 2015, CQC Systems Manager from January 2012 to July 2014, Superintendent from July 2011 to May 2014, Assistant Superintendent from May 2011 to July 2011, and Pre-Construction Intern from May 2010 to May 2011.

As a Project Manager, Jacob was responsible for overseeing project staff, subcontractor selection, budgeting, scheduling, coordination, client relations, and project control. Their experience in various roles demonstrates their strong knowledge and expertise in construction management.

Jacob Zervakis has a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech. Jacob also has an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Architecture from New River Community College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Adult First Aid / CPR / AED from the American Red Cross in January 2012, Construction Quality Management for Contractors from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in January 2012, LEED Green Associates from USGBC in March 2011, and DOL, OSHA 30 HR Supervisor General Industry Safety Training from the Department of Labor, OSHA in November 2010.
