Michael Wolf

Michael Wolf, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance & IT at Premier Power Maintenance, overseeing the finance and IT departments for a prominent electrical testing and maintenance company since August 2020. Prior to this role, Michael was the Corporate Controller at ULG Companies from January 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing accounting, payroll, employee benefits, and IT departments while facilitating process efficiencies. Michael also gained valuable experience as an Audit Manager at Sikich from November 2011 to January 2016, managing the preparation of audit and tax documents for over 50 clients. Michael's career began at Ent & Imler CPA Group, where various roles included Manager, Senior, and Staff positions from January 1993 to October 2011. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, graduated in 1992.
