Joe Caterina 孔德瑞

Joe Caterina has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joe began their career as the US Manager for China Import Network (CIN) from February 2007 to January 2009, where they facilitated communication between foreign companies and CIN, promoting their exports to China through advertising on the website.

From October 2007 to January 2009, Joe worked as a Business Associate for the Pacific Rim Chamber of Commerce/Pacific Rim Business Council. In this role, they assisted with website management, facilitated business opportunities in China, and provided assistance to the CEO and other officials by writing and editing business plans.

In 2008, Joe served as the Head Editor for Sino American Language Management from August to January. Here, they were responsible for overseeing the editing process.

In 2009, Joe founded PCG International Sourcing, LLC and held the position of Owner until September 2014. This company specialized in sourcing agents in China for overseas companies and helping Chinese manufacturers find overseas customers for their products.

Joe then joined Premier Pump and Power, LLC in 2014 as an International Procurement Specialist. Joe focused on cost reduction by sourcing parts from new suppliers and finding qualified suppliers for new products. Joe evaluated utilization reports and sourced parts to save costs.

In 2017, Joe transitioned to Global Solar Energy, where they initially worked as a Senior Purchasing Agent from October 2017 to May 2018. Joe later took on the role of Factory Project Manager from May 2018 to December 2019.

Lastly, Joe returned to Premier Pump and Power, LLC in December 2019 as the Strategic Procurement Manager, where they continue to oversee strategic procurement processes.

Joe Caterina 孔德瑞 pursued their education at various institutions to develop their expertise in International Business and Chinese. Joe attended Boise State University from 2004 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on International Business. In 2005, they also completed an Intermediate Chinese Certificate program at Beijing Language and Culture University to enhance their proficiency in the Chinese language.

In 2008, Joe Caterina 孔德瑞 furthered their language skills by earning a certificate in Chinese from EF - Education First. Their dedication to mastering Chinese culminated in him acquiring the HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) Level 5 certification in April 2016, awarded by the National Commission of Chinese Proficiency Test. These accomplishments highlight their commitment to learning and their desire to excel in the field of International Business, placing him in a strong position to succeed in multinational business environments.
