Eric Small

Eric Small is a professional in inside sales and business development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Inside Sales at Premier Research since October 2025. Previously, Eric worked at Halloran Consulting Group, Inc. as a Sr. Inside Sales Associate from January 2024 to October 2025, and at the NeuroLeadership Institute as a Business Development Associate from June 2022 to January 2024. In early 2022, Eric was involved in Leadership Development at RippleMatch, where selection from a large candidate pool allowed for close collaboration with the Leadership Team and the implementation of various growth strategies. Eric's career began at CSUSM Extended Learning as a Marketing and Communication Assistant from June 2019 to May 2022. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University San Marcos.
