Trey Watts

Trey Watts currently serves as a Campus Recruiter at American Century Investments, where responsibilities include leading the Summer Internship Program and collaborating with hiring teams to enhance campus hiring initiatives. Additionally, Trey works as a Sales Representative for Premier Rx, a membership-based alternative to traditional Pharmacy Benefit Managers. Previously, Trey held roles at Uber as a Sr. University Recruiter and Technical Sourcer, focusing on building pipelines for diverse talent and participating in a specialized recruiting training program. Earlier experiences include coaching high school football, working as a certified personal trainer, and serving as a player for the Los Angeles Rams. Trey holds an Associate’s Degree in Organizational Studies from The University of Tulsa.
