At Premier Scrap Services (PSS), we provide stability in industries where high turnover disrupts operations and increases costs. We deliver a skilled, long-term workforce to keep your facility running at peak efficiency.

We specialize in supplying industrial labor to manufacturing facilities, heavy industrial plants, scrap and recycling operations, metal melting facilities, and steel mills. Our solutions address high turnover, loss of productivity, excessive overtime costs, employee burnout, and staffing shortages.
