Karen Marsch

Karen Marsch currently serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing and Admissions at Premier Senior Living Group, LLC, focusing on the development of sales and marketing strategies for a 120-bed assisted living residence while ensuring an effective admissions process. With over two decades of experience, Karen has held various leadership roles including Marketing & Event Consultant, Managing Director of Engagement and Business Development at Tipping Point Communications, Senior Partner at Blue Cardinal Capital, and Development & Marketing Director at Child & Adolescent Treatment Services. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director of Business Development for the Buffalo Bills and Vice President of Marketing for both North American Health Plans and Buffalo Niagara Partnership. Karen was also a charter member of the executive team for the Buffalo Sabres, contributing to the development of a new arena.
