Mark has over 20 years of Senior Living Management in a wide array of communities. He has acquired a specialized focus in multi-facility and multi-state financial management.

Mark has developed specialties in the areas of Healthcare Administration which includes acquisition management, development of memory care and senior care programs, creating cultures that are resident and employee-centric, creating high-performance teams, and hardwiring systems and process to maintain federal and state compliance.

Mark believes in the power of collaboration and has found success by working with others to develop best practices which focus on always placing residents first and being vigilant in caring for his co-workers. He possesses a servant style leadership and believes in treating people the way they want to be treated. He strives to preserve his core values of using wisdom, walking in honor, maintaining loyalty, respecting others, and building esteem.

Mark holds his Master’s degree in Education and Maintains an Assisted Living Certification in Iowa and a Nursing Home Administrators License in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
